Cassidi Hairgrove, OTR

Cassidi is a Occupational Therapist who is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT). She began her journey with HLA in April 2022. Cassidi graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from SFA and her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women's University in Houston.

She has worked in a variety of settings, including State Supported Living, Nursing Homes, and Home Health. She loved working with pediatrics at HLA and experiencing new challenges and patients everyday.

Cassidi is the mother of 3 beautiful children who keep her busy!

Alex Lemoine, COTA

Alex is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT). She began her journey at HLA in the fall of 2025. Alex graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Panola College in May 2024. She briefly worked in home health before transitioning here.

Alex loves integrating sensory play and crafty activities into her therapy. She is especially fond of working with patients who have autism. She loves getting to know kiddos for who they are, not who others expect them to be.

Hunter Gibson, COTA

Hunter is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT). Hunter graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Panola College in May 2024. He worked in home health with a pediatric caseload before beginning his journey here at HLA in May 2025.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys doing Martial Arts, primarily Taekwondo. He has been training for 8 years and is a 2nd Degree Black Belt.

Taylor Burch, COTA

Taylor is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT). She began her experience at HLA as a student completing a fieldwork rotation. After graduation in May 2023, she was hired on to help out as a tech while she was prepping for her board exams. She began working as a COTA in July 2023 when she obtained her license. Taylor graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Panola College.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Bailey Craig, COTA

Bailey is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT). Bailey earned her Bachelor's Degree in Heath Science from SFA. She then attended the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Lone Star Tomball. She began her experience here while she was a just a student, shadowing Ms Brenna. In 2021 after graduation, she began working her full time. Now Bailey works in the school district full time, however she continues to PRN from time to time when needed.

In her free time, Bailey loves being outdoors and spending time with her husband and kids.

Bryan Sanchez, COTA

Bryan is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT). He has been working part time here at HLA during the summers since 2017. During the rest of the year, Bryan is school-based therapist. Bryan graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Panola College in 2017. Bryan loves providing a safe and structured environment for each of his patients to grow and thrive in.

In his free time, Bryan loves spending time with his wife and kids. He likes to be outdoors, doing things like fishing, kayaking and hiking.

Rialie Taylor, COTA

Rialie is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT). She began her experience here at HLA in December 2022. Rialie graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Panola College in 2019. Rialie has always enjoyed pediatrics and loves to collaborate with other therapists on a multidisciplinary team.

Rialie enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time.
