Beatriz Castillo - Office Assistant

Bety began her journey at HLA in November of 2019 as a transporter. In July 2022, Bety was promoted to Office Assistant. She is in charge of day to day interactions with patients and handling things such as intake forms, patient questions and reminders, and assisting with scheduling and patient communication when needed.

In her free time, Bety loves to spend time with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have 4 children.

Camille Smith - Billing/Collections Specialist

Camille has dedicated over 4 years of service to HLA. She began her journey here in 2018. She is our Billing and Collections Specialist and is also in charge of receiving and coordinating referrals. Camille is hardworking and creative, and often fills in where there are needs, such as coordinating events and coordinating office staff.

In her free time, Camille loves to spend time with her family, including 3 beautiful children. She also enjoys traveling.

Carla Cruz - Scheduler

Carla began her journey at HLA in May 2022. She started as an office assistant, then was promoted to scheduler in July. Carla is in charge of arranging all the patients appointments and evaluations on the therapists schedules and communicating with families and patients to ensure patients get the care they need.

Carla is married with 7 children, and in her free time she loves to be with her family and friends. She enjoys reading and coloring.

Cecilia Morones-Sekino - Authorizations Specialist

Cecilia began her journey here in March 2023 as a member of our support staff. Soon after, she became one of our Authorization Specialists. Cecilia is an important member of our office staff, and is always ready to help out when needed.

In her free time, Cecilia loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading and writing.

Robbie Brown - Authorizations Specialist/Office Manager

Robbie has dedicated many years of service to HLA. She is an Authorizations Specialist as well as the Office Manager. As an Authorizations Specialist, Robbie is in charge of coordinating with insurance companies to receive authorization of continuation services for all current patients. As Office Manager, she coordinates all of the office staff and transporters.

Robin Miller - Business Manager/Partner

Robin began her journey at HLA in 1999. While she was on her maternity leave from her current position at SFA, Hettie offered her a Billing and Bookkeeping position. Since then, she has stayed with HLA feels truly blessed by both the clinic and Hettie Legg. She is now the Business Manager and manages all operations here at HLA.

Robin has been married to David for over 36 years and has 2 grown sons. She loves scuba diving, her dog, and helping out the patients at the clinic in any way she can.

Tiffany Yarbrough - Billing/Collections Assistant

Tiffany began her journey here in April 2023 as a member of our support staff. Soon after, she became apart of our Billing/Collections team. Tiffany continues to fill in and support our staff wherever she is needed!

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys cooking and loves to spend time with her family and friends.
